You have 150 Calendar Days from the time your course ends to submit your Certification Form as Final. If you believe you might go over this deadline, please email credentials@vaready.org.

No. The W-9 Form is part of the Certification Form.

Yes, the Credential Achievement Award is considered as taxable income.
